GENERAL DESCRIPTION

"Windows Systems Administrator" and will be responsible for providing the
administration and support of MS Windows based systems. This position will
also provide broad-based, operational support for a wide range of
information technologies to industrial partners, and outsourced developers
partners.

in related industry.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess a broad range of skills and education
related to the administration of a complex microcomputer environment
including:

1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a
similar field with similar exposure to IT concepts and practices, or a
combination of an Associate's degree and professional experience equivalent
to the skills and knowledge obtained through a 4-year computer related
degree;
2) Two years of experience administering Windows Server systems 2000/2003
(including related services: Clustering, DNS, IIS, DHCP,...)
3) Proficiency in MS-Windows (XP, 2000, and previous versions) concepts and
system administration techniques equivalent to that attained through MCSE or
MCSA certification;
4) Proficiency in at least one scripting language) and the Visual Basic
programming language;
5) Outstanding hardware/software diagnostic and troubleshooting skills;
6) Outstanding communication skills;
8) Possess a professional and service-oriented, customer focused demeanor.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the
strategic nature of information technology as it relates to the success of
an organization and will be skilled at balancing technology with solutions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Any of the following qualifications are highly desirable:
1. MCSE or MCSA;
2. Experience with the fields of engineering;
3. Experience managing large-scale environments;
4. Experience managing MS SQL 2000/2005.
