Ne treba da stoji
Modes "1024x768" "800x600" nego Modes "800x600" I nije greška u tome kako je fajl editovan, nego koji je fajl editovan. Fajl XF86Config nema veze sa XFree86 ver 4, njegov konfiguracioni fqajl je XF86Config-4, tj. /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 Inače ovaj fajl možeš urediti i programom "Xconfigurator" (poziva se iz konzole). Takođe treba povesti računa da li se slučajno, nekako, našao XF86Config u home dir-u, vi editujete onaj u /etc/X11/, a ono naravno ništa jer X čita iz home dir-a, deluje smešno, ali meni se desilo, hehe ...
Za rezoluciju: ma samo podesi željenu rezoluciju kao jedinu na gore već opisane načine i vozi, ne svičuješ valjda svake 3 sekunde iz rezolucije u rezoluciju ... [ -V-O-Y-A-G-E-R- @ 05.11.2002. 15:10 ] @

tako vam i treba kada koristite distro-e distro-a distro-a distro-a... prilicno rekurzivno, zar ne? hehe... Nego, probaj to da sredis iz kontrolnog centra svoje (svake, koje bilo) distribucije. ![]() nemojte puno da prckate svoju distribuciju, samo je cuvajte, a kad pozelite nesto novo, ili predjite na slack i sve radite sami, ili pazarite noviji CD svoje omiljene distribucije (svake dve godine ili tako). Tjah, kad smo kod jeresi ...
Imam problem sa novim Mandrake-om 9.1 (to je onaj 'lepi')... Znaci imam ga na Dell-ovom laptopu i grafika je o.k., ali kad instaliram na 'domaci' noname-brand sa VIA apollo MB i S3 Savage 4 (takodje no name) karticom, slika izgleda nekako... ima sprajtove, ima refresh, ima rezoluciju, ali sve je nekako skroz na skroz zbrljano? Kada stavim na frame buffer sve radi ali bez akceleracije (Linux leti XFree puzi)... Nisam ovo imao na mdk 8.1 ili 9.0 ni na jednom XFree -u a na 9.1 isto je sa 3.3.6 i sa 4.3 ? XFree86 je 4.3.1 rpm i to za smp kernel (ako to nesto znaci) Kernel je 2.4.21-13mdk Kartica je 16 MB sdram - noname - no FCC ID... Ja sam ocajan (pomalo) UPOMOC ![]() [ NLO @ 26.08.2003. 14:18 ] @

Bas sam se sada zaj.. sa display rezolucijom i sta sam otkrio:
Ja namestam da mi umesto 800x600 bude 1024x768 i kao sve prihvati i trazi da se X restartuje, kad sve ponovo isto. Odem ja nazad da vidim sto nece kad rezolucija opet stoji 800x600. MA probavao sam 100 puta dok na kraju nisam promenio colors u manju vrednost, umesto milions of colors ja stavih thousend of colors, namestim na 1024x768... i sve je ok.
