Trebalo bi da ga ima u Add or Remove Programs pod imenom Mozilla Firefox. Koju gresku javlja iz Program files-a?
Ili si ga vec obrisao ili ga ternutno koristis pa ne moze da obrise.

Greska koju prijavljuje je uninstall log folder not found. Napominjem da firefox radi bez problema i da je zatvoren kada pokusavam da ga deinstaliram. Probao sam ponovo da ga instaliram i sve prodje bez problema, ali problem kod deinstalacije ostaje. Verzija koju imam je 1.5.0.4

To sto ti javlja uninstall log folder not found to bi trebalo da se nalazi u C:\Program Files\ Mozilla Firefox.
Kada te pita da lociras uninstall log odes ovo gore sto sam napiso i trebalo bi da bude to.

al FF alfa 1 ne pita da lociram uninstall log.

Onda probaj direktno iz C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\uninstall.
Ovo je samo ako neda da se deinstalira iz Add or Remove Programs.

To je problem koji sam imao i ja sa Bon Echom jedno od resenja koje mozda radi je da se prvo deinstalira starija verzija FF.

Na dosta mesta se pominje taj bug, ko hoce moze da proucava dalje ;)

Treba obrisati mapu (engl. folder) xxxxxxxx.default koja se nalazi u C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\

U redu za tu mapu ali sta cemo sa registry bazom :)

Najlakše to je da ponovo instaliraš Firefox pa ga zatim uninstaliraš

zar mislis da nisam i to probao :-) ali to je specifican problem sa Bon Echom tj. bug cak mislim da ga nisu ni ispravili.

If you have a previous version of Firefox before Version 1.5, I strongly suggest you uninstall it and then install 1.5 or newer. Once Firefox 1.5 is installed, you can then use the automatic update features of Firefox to keep it up to date quickly and easily. Uninstalling Firefox doesn't remove your bookmarks or settings/tweaks by default. However uninstalling and cleaning out all the Firefox files is also a good way of resolving any extremely strange behavior or annoying problems you may get with Firefox. In any case, if you want to completely remove all traces of Firefox from your system follow these steps:


1. Go to Windows Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs, and if a 'Mozilla Firefox' entry (or similar) exists, select it and click Change/Remove and uninstall it. Note, you can also uninstall Firefox by going to the \Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\uninstall\ directory and running the UinstallFirefox.exe file. Reboot if required.

2. Go to your Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Mozilla directory and delete the entire \Firefox subdirectory and all of its contents. Note that this will delete all of your bookmarks and saved settings. If you want to backup any or all of your current Profile, see the Customizing Firefox section first.

3. Go to your \Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\ directory and delete it and all of its contents.

4. Using a registry cleaner like RegCleaner 4.3, find and remove all Firefox/Mozilla-related entries (usually there are several Mozilla entries to be found) and remove them. Alternatively you can use the Registry Editor (Start>Run>Regedit) and delete the following keys - that is, right click on their name in the left pane of Registry Editor and select Delete:

Možda ti ovo pomogne:

Check to make sure the directory C:\Program Files\Firefox\uninstall (or wherever you installed C:\*\Firefox\uninstall) exists. If it does, click Start -> Run and then type regedit and hit Enter. Now, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Mozilla/Mozilla Firefox/[Your version of Firefox]/Uninstall. Now, there should be an entry titled "Uninstall Log Folder" with a value of C:\Program Files\Firefox\uninstall. If that's not there, click Edit -> New -> String Value. Title it Uninstall Log Folder and put the path C:\Program Files\Firefox\uninstall. Exit regedit and try uninstalling again.

postoji program koji se zove ACE UTILITIES i koji ima opciju za deinstalaciju programa ako ne može da ga deinstalira on će ga izbrisati pa ako to neće reinsaliraj windows

Da reinstalira windows zbog firefoxa? Strašan savet...

Program your uninstaller resava ovaj problem. Sredice i registry bazu. Vec provereno, a ume da bude od koristi i za mnoge druge stvari!

Ja stalno to potenciram :) da razni 3rd party programi nisu resenje; nista lakse nego obrisati dva foldera i par kljuceva u registriju ;) Medjutim nekima to nije jasno pa sam resio i da takve tipove odgovora ostavim na uvid kazu korisnici da moze da koristi :D
