MySql 5.0.27 Essential, WinXPsp2

Poslje završetka instalacije javlja mi error "2003"

Cant connect to Mysql server on localhost (10050)
.......tcp port 3036 not open

Molim vas pomoć, btw totalni sam početnik.

Moguce jedno od ovog:
1. MySQL ti nije pokrenut
2. Imas firewall
