Na lokalnoj masini sam instalirao apache 2.2.4 PHP 5.0 mysql 5 i pokusavam da postavim i phpmysql 2.11.1 ali mi nikako ne ide. Citao sam uputstvo za postavljanje phpmyadmin gde treba promeniti config.inc.php. sto sam ja i ucinio. Evo kako izgleda moj config.inc.php:

Dakle ja sam ubacio password sa kojim se logujem kad startujem mysql command line client. Medjutim bez uspeha jer kad god u web browseru ubacim http://localhost/phpmyadmin/index.php ja dobijem:

Izgleda da nije problem u ovom config.inc.php nego treba editovati jos neki conf fajl ali koji.

meni uvek radi bez problema, a i mnogo je bezbedniji jer je pass u bazi i definisan na nivou korisnika, umesto da bude zapisan u config fajlu. Razlika je i u tome što će ti iskakati prozor da uneseš user/pass, i samim tim imaš mogućnost da definišeš više korisnika koji imaju različite privilegije nad bazama. Imaš u PMA dokumentaciji kako da ga podesiš.

ipak sam mislim nasao jednostavnije resenje. Ne znam zbog cega se ovo desava phpmysqladmin vuce konfigurciju iz fajla phpmyadmin\libraries\config.default.php. Tu je bilo potrebno ubaciti pass i sve mi je profunkcionisalo.
