Required knowledge:

- AS3.0
- Flash IDE
- Structures of SWF and FLV file formats

2. JAVA Programmers
Required knowledge:
- OOP and Design Pattern
- Java, J2SE, Servlet, Portlet
- Unix/Linux environment
- Hibernate Core 3

3. PHP Programmers
Required knowledge:
- PHP4 and PHP5 platforms
- OOP and Design Pattern
- AJAX and DHTML technologies
- Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL

4. JSP Programmers
Required knowledge:
- HTML
- JavaScript
- AJAX
- Java
- JSP
- Applied experience in working on at least one of the following frameworks:
- Spring
- Struts
- Tapestry
