- Windows, Linux OSs
- Windows configuration, Registry, Windows base authentication

4. Programming in Delphi 7.0 or other higher language
- Integration of machine interface to service desk
- Multithreading application with COM and DCOM
- Microsoft SQL and Windows OS

5. Development and autoimmunization of CITRIX server form environment
- CITRIX presentation server
- SQL
- Scripting for VBS, .NET, HTML and Perl
6. Network administration
