Imam problem sa NetLimiter 2

Bugshave with NetLimiter 2.

"Windows could not start the NetLimiter on Local COmputer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 1."

Nikako ne mogu da pokrenem NetLimiter Service. Sve je bilo OK i onda odjednom vise ne radi. Reinstlirao sam par puta i automatski i manually ali nece pa nece.

Kada pokrenem netlimiter exe file dobijem ovu poruku:

Couldn't connect to NetLimiter 2 service.
The RPC server is not listening.

Iz service liste?

servis stoji na Autom. ali je iskljucen. Kada pokusam da ga pokrenem automatski dobijem ovu poruku:
