GOWI d.o.o. software company who is well established on UK market for over 9 years is looking to hire a Project Manager. This position requires a person with at least 5 years experience in leading software development teams (teams of minimum 5 people preferred). You must have: * Experience in planning, time management, scheduling, project costing and budget management * Risk analysis, dependencies and decision analysis skills * Presentation, communication and negotiation skills * Conflict resolution, problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under stress * Experience in business analysis and software design and modeling * Experience in working in some standard methodology (Scrum, Agile, RUP,MSF,etc.) * Experience in working with the following tools: MS Project, MS Office, SQL Manager 2005/2008 (preferred), Visual Studio 2005/2008 (preferred), Enterprise Architect (preferred), MS CRM (preferred) , SharePoint (preferred) * Experience in making proposals for international projects (preferred) * University degree * English fluent Key responsibilities The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. The Project Manager is responsible for: * Completion of the project on time, on budget and on spec. * Setting deadlines; assigning responsibilities; and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of the project * Identifying schedule uncertainties and risks * Running the project on a day-to-day basis * Coordinating designers, coders, programmers, other staff, service providers, and clients * Evaluating deliverables prepared by the team to make sure the work meets requirements and maintains a high level of quality * Constantly monitoring and reporting on the progress of a project to all stakeholders * Analyzing requirements and giving estimates * Preparing proposals * Ensuring the project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately * Analyzing project profitability and preparing the budget reports * Conducting performance evaluation * Managing day-to-day client interaction. * Setting and managing client expectations. * Developing lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties. * Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. * Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. * Building a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.
