To uopšte nije čudna greška, to je najobičniji plavi ekran smrti (Blue Screen Of Death, ili skraćeno BSOD). Najčešći uzrok je hardverske prirode (loš RAM, neispravan drajver, problemi u BIOSu), ponekad su uzrok nezvani gosti na tvom računaru, a da bismo ti pomogli moraš nam ti dodatno pomoći. Preuzmi program WhoCrashed, instaliraj ga, pokreni, i onda ovde iskopiraj njegov rezultat.

Nisi nam dao skoro nikakve informacije o tvom sistemu, a BSOD greške su ti svaki put drugačije, tako da bi neki uopšten odgovor bio ovakav:
1. Otvori command prompt, otkucaj chkdsk /r, potvrdi sve što te pita, restartuj računar ako to traži od tebe, i pusti ga da završi posao. 2. Otvori command prompt, otkucaj sfc /scannow, potvrdi sve što te pita, i pusti ga da završi posao 3. Ažuriraj Windows, instaliraj sve kritične zakrpe 4. Ažuriraj sve drajvere, koristi isključivo one sa sajta proizvođača tvoje opreme 5. Ažuriraj BIOS 6.
