 Spoiled Milk Belgrade office is looking for Submissions Administrator Application submission’s •Image resizing according to our customer specifications •Generate/reword text descriptions of games/apps to produce short description’s (eg. 160 characters), long description’s..etc.., according to our customers’ requirements •Generate excel sheets, matching supported mobile handsets for each game/app according to customer requirements •Using the companies tools and processes, create packages/folders of games/apps for our customers according to the customer specifications Application Ingestions •Perform the data entry of new Apps into our Application database •Using the companies tools and processes, take a game/app package from a game developer an upload it to our games/apps database Handset Groupings •Data Entry for matching new mobile phone grouping as provided by the technical team or as discoverable via internet search •Occasional testing of mobile games/apps to ensure handset grouping are valid Skills needed •General IT skills, e.g ECDL, Office s/w tools proficiency, Word, Excel, Power point or similar tools •Fluent English language spoken and written •Attention to detail •Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel in tight time lines •Proficiency in using Photoshop is a distinct advantage Personal •Reliable, efficient and flexible •Ability to work with minimal supervision •Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload •Adaptable and fast learner Where You will be working in our Belgrade office.
