We are looking for an experienced software developer to fulfill the role of
Senior Database Engineer

Qualifications:
• Excellent knowledge of one or more of the following database technologies: MySQL, ZObjectDatabase (ZODB), Memcached, MongoDB
• T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers and indexing
• SSIS/DTS, SSAS,SSRS.
• Experience in XML and Web Services.
• Experience in use of development source control tools (svn, git)
• Experience in System as a Service products development.
• Technical documentation skills.
• Good written and verbal English.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in mentioned technologies.

Skills required:
• Very strong DB design and development skills, with great attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and master any technology, language or development environment that company is using or might need in the future.
• Team playing.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.
• Pro-activeness and ability to assess risk deriving from various activities.

Responsibilities:
• Designing, developing and documenting the database layer of applications being developed.
• DB analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis.
• Support, maintain and document DB functionality.
• Redesign existing DB’s.
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
