| Global Engineering Technologies http://www.global-engineering-technologies.com/ Tip ponude Puno radno vreme Iskustvo Sa iskustvom Grad Beograd Broj izvršilaca 1 Prijave na mail: [email protected] Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for the operation and remote administration of the clients engineering servers and clients (Windows 2003 /Windows 2008 / XP / Windows 7 based) • Responsible for the operation and remote administration of VMWare farm (over 50 VMWare servers) • Responsible for the operation and remote administration of Symantec Backup Exec servers and daily backup monitoring • Responsible for the operation and remote administration of Citrix Server farm (over 400 Citrix clients, 15 Citrix Servers) • Provide telephone and desktop remote support to clients end users in English. • Analysing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems. • Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing environments. • Performing routine audits of systems and software. • Applying system updates, patches, and configuration changes using existing automatic distribution tools • Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc. • Answering technical queries and dealing with often frustrated users. • Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system. • Troubleshooting any reported problems. • System performance tuning. • Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running. Zahtevi Skills / Attributes Required • Good working knowledge of the following operating systems: Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2008. • Strong working knowledge of major networking components, network operating systems • Good knowledge of UNIX AIX systems preferred but not mandatory • Strong knowledge of AD,WSUS, DHCP server and automatic package distribution over GPO • Ability to communicate orally and written in a professional manner • Capable to work in flexible dynamic environment • Good documentation skills • Experience with hardware virtualization (VMWare) could be advantage • Experience with CITRIX or NetApp SAN could be advantage • Good knowledge of English is mandatory • Basic knowledge of French and German is a big plus for potential candidates Ponuda (bonusi, povlastice) Great experience working in young dynamic team for first tear worldwide client.
