Naravno da je teško pitanje pa i odgovor.Srbija je dosta bila "zatvorena"(i još uvek) što se tiče marketinga.(online plaćanja,dostave...pojedini servisi jos uvek nisu dostupni)
Prvenstveno mislim na FB,twitter koji se najviše koristi...A o čemu je i tema!
Ja dosta koristim FB za marketing .Samo ne u Srbiji.
Gledajuci statistiku,prvenstveno za marketing i oglašavanje..tu čovek ne može da bude pametan.
3,5mil. korisnika na FB koji su u većini korisnici 18-24god. starosti.
Što opet znači vecina bez posla,para,studenti i sl.
UGC and Social Media
66.2% of all internet users in Serbia in 2012 posted messages to chat or social networking sites, according to the State Statistical Office. The report also found that 92.1% of young internet users (aged 16 to 24 years) have an open account in social networks (Facebook, Twitter). 16.6 % of internet users in Serbia (600,000 persons) purchased/ordered goods or services during the last three months in 2012, according to the State Statistical Office. 73.3 % of the internet users have never purchased/ ordered goods or services online.
Compared to 2011, the number of persons who ordered or purchased goods/ services via the internet, increased by over 220 000. (Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, September 2012)
Online travel market
31.2% of all internet users in Serbia in 2012 used services related to travel or travel-related accommodation, according to the State Statistical Office. (Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, September 2012)
8.3% of internet users bought/ordered holiday accommodation (hotel, etc.) online in 2011, according to the State Statistical Office's report on the use of information and communication technologies in the Republic of Serbia for 2011. The percentage stood at 8.2% for other travel arrangements (transport tickets, car hire, etc.) and 6.7% for tickets for cultural events. (Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, May 2012)
38% of households in the Republic of Serbia had a broadband internet connection in 2012, according to the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia. This was an increase of 7% and 10.4% in relation to 2011 and 2010 respectively. Broadband internet connections were most used in Belgrade (50.4%), in Vojvodina (37.68%), and the least in Central Serbia (32.4%).
The broadband internet connection is mostly used in households with a monthly income of over 600 euros (72.3%), while the share of household with an income less than 300 euros is only 22.4%. (Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, September 2012)
Mobile / Smartphones
The number of households in Serbia using a mobile phone to access the internet increased by 21.5% in 2012 compared to 2011. On the other hand, number of households that use personal computer for accessing the internet decreased by 3.9%.
Devices used to access the internet, 2012 (as a % of households):
- Desktop computer: 84.8%
- Mobile phone (GPRS): 37.2%
- Laptop: 35.4%
- Games consoles: 1.3%
- Handheld computer: 1.1%
- TV set with specific internet device: 0.8%
85.8% of persons (or more than 4,860,000 persons) used a mobile phone in 2012, while in 2011 the percentage was 85.3%. (Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, September 2012)
