National Center for State Courts - Serbia Implementing a USAID Judicial Reform and Government Accountability Project (JRGA) is seeking a Software Application Developer The purpose of this role is to contribute to the full software development life cycle, including: requirements analysis, functional design, technical design, programming, testing, documentation, implementation, and on-going functional technical support. Duties will include: Developing software as required by project requirements Developing technical design specifications for application customizations Evaluate, analyse and fulfil user requirements, business processes and user procedures Investigate and resolve user problems and application issues as they arise Implement new system functionalities and troubleshoot application modules Provide documentation and maintainable code for future users and developers Perform unit testing and integration testing for application functionality Other Skills: Good time management and task prioritization skills A methodical and principled approach to troubleshooting and problem diagnosis The ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, orally and in writing The ability to work under pressure in a dynamic project environment Effective team management and participation skills A strong self-motivation to learn new skills and technologies Preferred Education/Experience/Skills: At least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related technical fields 4 or more years in: Design, development and support of ColdFusion applications Relational Database Concepts Java, HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, CSS XML, XSLT Microsoft SQL Familiar with SVN Please submit a letter of interest and CV in English language to [email protected] by 15.11.2013.
