Currently, we are hiring an experienced Senior System Administrator to join our Belgrade team in building our latest product, Humanity. Your Primary Responsibilities - Operational maintenance of our real-time bidding platform, cloud, and physical infrastructure. - Build automation scripts and alerts to monitor system health and perform capacity planning to keep our systems online and healthy. - Troubleshoot and diagnose problems when they occur and trace the symptoms back to the root cause. - Serve as an escalation point for support and build issues. - Benchmarking new technologies and system architecture. Required Skills - Cloud web services and supporting infrastructure. - Working knowledge of AWS services. - CIS - Continuous Integration Systems, automated builds, and deployments. - Virtualization and containers, specifically libvirt - Monitoring - application monitoring, server monitoring (e.g. New Relic, Nagios, Cacti, Monit) - Performance measuring, backups, archiving processes. - Load balancers, firewalls, high availability. - Linux systems and services like Debian, CentOS, Amazon... - Web/Application servers like Varnish, Apache, Nginx, Redis, Memache, DNS, Sendmail/Postfix/Exim. - Networking, TCP/IP - troubleshooting, performance tuning, routing, SOHO system... - Bash, Python, Perl, or Ruby. - Databases like MongoDB, MySQL Percona (replication), and understanding of auditing and tuning processes. Bonus Skills - Experience exploring a wide variety of open source tools. - Ability to code and script. - Experience with large scale systems. - Hardware - not afraid to use a screwdriver every now and then to build and test the specialized solutions you need.
