Antamedia a privately held company with headquarters in Belgrade, is looking for a Technical Support (Customer Support) representative that will support our software products. Software includes WiFi HotSpot, Internet Cafe, Kiosk, and other applications which are used by our customers worldwide. Candidates will work remotely from home and support customers in the English language. Requirements: Excellent knowledge of the IP networking Certificate or passed exam of the IP networking Fluent English, both spoken and written, additional language is a plus Experience with IT software, Windows Server, 7, 8 and it's configuration (RRAS, DHCP etc) Ability to work under pressure Ability to multitask with several customers at once on a live chat Motivated and able to learn from provided documentation and by testing the software Quiet environment for work (home or home office) Should be able to work US office time Fast and reliable Internet connection (4 Mbit minimum) Modern computer able to run Virtual machines in background Advantage: Experience as a customer support representative and ability to prove support history Please send CV with photo, description of your networking knowledge and certificates (if available) to the email below.
