Da li vredi nešto ovaj IC tester sa alija:

Drugo, nije mi jasno kako su uspeli da povežu CMOS IC direktno na mikrokontroler bez pull-up otpornika (ulazi mikrokontrolera zahtevaju pull-up otpornike a i ulazi CMOS kola). Kod 16-pinskih CMOS kola, 14 pinova treba da ima ove otpornike (što kao ulazi CMOS , što kao ulazi MCU) a u mikrokontroleru je moguće aktivirati samo 8.

Mikrokontroleri veoma često (u 99.9% slučajeva imaju interne pullup-ove).

ATmega640-1280-1281-2560-2561 (ako se dobro secam na tom ic testeru je atmega1280):

Port A is an 8-bit bi-directional I/O port with internal pull-up resistors (selected for each bit)
Port B is an 8-bit bi-directional I/O port with internal pull-up resistors (selected for each bit).
Port C is an 8-bit bi-directional I/O port with internal pull-up resistors (selected for each bit).
Port D is an 8-bit bi-directional I/O port with internal pull-up resistors (selected for each bit).
Port E is an 8-bit bi-directional I/O port with internal pull-up resistors (selected for each bit).
Port F serves as analog inputs to the A/D Converter. Port F also serves as an 8-bit bi-directional I/O port, if the A/D Converter is not used. Port pins can provide internal pull-up resistors (selected for each bit).
Port G is a 6-bit I/O port with internal pull-up resistors (selected for each bit).
Port H is a 8-bit bi-directional I/O port with internal pull-up resistors (selected for each bit).
Port J is a 8-bit bi-directional I/O port with internal pull-up resistors (selected for each bit).

U sustini desava se da po neki pin na nekom portu mikrokontrolera nema mogucnost za interni pull-up ali u 99% slucajeva za mikrokontrolere proizvedeni u predhodnih 10-ak godina imaju tu mogucnost.
Koliko mogu da procenim, u toj spravi je neki Atmel kontroler i oni sigurno to imaju u sebi.

EDIT: Evo i Bodan je izvukao podatke iz DS-a gde se vidi da svi portovi imaju tu mogucnost.

To je odavno postala dobra praksa da se stavi opcija za pull-up jer stedi gomilu spoljnih otpornika.
