We are looking for Project Manager/Scrum Master in our Szeged, Hungary office. RESPONSIBILITIES: *Manage multiple work streams and deliver results in a timely manner; follows-up and follows-through issues and actions and drives them to closure in a timely manner; Work closely with the Development team to identify and communicate critical path *Manage and effectively deliver features committed to for the Release Plan *Supports Product Owner in developing, maintaining and grooming Product Backlog *Facilitates Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Product Demos and Sprint Retrospectives; Removes impediments/blockers in order to keep teams productive *Collaborate with cross functional teams and build schedules and plans; Identifies and manages dependencies with other internal or external teams *Handle issues and risks proactively REQUIREMENTS: *Project Management/Scrum Master experience within software development projects *Change management experience with proven track record of leadership of successful global system implementation delivery *Flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment with short delivery timescales and changing priorities *Ability to present complex issues and solutions to mixed audiences, where necessary resolving conflict and complexity by delivering practical agile solutions *Strong personal ownership and commitment to quality, desire to contribute and speak up with a view or opinion, and add value by questioning and probing where necessary to ensure a thorough and robust solution at each stage in the project lifecycle *Commitment to the business users and self-motivation to take ownership of issues and initiatives; drive, energy and enthusiasm to any particular initiative, inspiring others to continually perform at their best *Ability to form and maintain key relationships of mutual trust and respect, which fosters a climate of collaboration If you are interested in the above-mentioned position, please send a detailed CV (in English) referring to the position to: Tamas Vass, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist epam.com/careers |
