About the Role You will be an authoritative figure in the overall user interface and branding of the LearnUpon product suite, apps and brochure sites. We would depend on your extensive experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. You will be responsible for building out our next-generation applications. We encourage innovation, creativity, and a think-outside-of-the box attitude (no bs) when solving complex problems and implementing new solutions. You should appreciate the details that make a front-end user experience memorable, and demonstrate enthusiasm for new front-end technologies. Specifically the role will involve Working closely with our design team to manage new features and requirements Having a key input on new feature decisions and UI design and all aspects of UX Working closely with our marketing and branding team in Dublin, Ireland, creating and modifying our brochure site and aiding them in their A/B testing. Learning the full range of LearnUpon technology and services and being able to identify core needs Collaborating with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process Suggesting product enhancements to our product development team to help make LearnUpon even better for our existing and future customers Who We Are Looking For 5+ years development experience in Front-End web development is a must, with a portfolio to backup this experience Well versed in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, in particular a framework such as jQuery or an equivalent Experience in using UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, jQuery UI, or an equivalent. Ability to create modern UI in a variety of browsers, with in-depth knowledge of browser limitations and quirks. A technology qualification (Degree or equivalent) Excellent written and spoken English for communicating with the team Someone highly motivated and wants to achieve something special with our company A person who constantly strives for perfection and who will challenge your colleagues in our quest to create the world’s leading LMS platform.
