"Easiest way is to use a reg hack to disable USBstor.sys, which can be done using AD. Set "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\UsbStor\\Start" to "4" which will stop any USB storage being used, but still allows USB devices with no storage (scanners etc) to work.
