For our Belgrade office we are looking for Data scientist Your tasks and responsibilities: - Define queries and reports of interest and translate the queries/reports into data mining algorithms that will be implemented by software engineers - Develop graphical and analytic representations of data that provide insight to project and middle managers and senior leadership personnel Requirements: - University background in IT, statistics, math or science and interest to use your academic knowledge to tackle specific business problems - Knowledge of classification, regression and clustering techniques - Proven ability to analyse data, visualise them in a meaningful manner and create correct and well-perfroming statistical models - Solid knowledge of R or Python, but candidates with experience with other statistical tools will be also considered - Exposure to SQL databases - Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner and turn numbers into stories our clients can understand and respond to Preferences: - Interested in new technologies - Previous experience in statistics and R - Flexible, motivated, independent but also team player - Fluent German language skills will be considered as a really big plus - University degree obtained from one of following schools is highly appreciated: -- ETF, Belgrade -- PMF, Belgrade -- FTN, Novi Sad -- EFN, Nis Please submit your CV and portfolio to [email protected] |
