For our client, one of the leading online travel information and booking portals located in Munich, Germany, we are searching for highly motivated candidates for the following position:



SCRUM MASTER



Tasks:

Coordinate your team in the project and product development
Continuous improvement of the agile methods is of utmost importance to you
Prefer to empower your team by helping them grow and organize themselves rather than commanding them about
Find opportunities to help them grow mutually together
Promote open and transparent communication
Help further the agile processes for the different roles (e.g. product owner or stakeholder)


Positions requirements:

University degree
Multiple years of experience as a Scrum Master
More than knowledgeable in terms of processes and methodology in agile software development
On a day to day basis you’ve ventured deeply into subjects like TDD, continuous integration, user stories and automated testing – that’s why you can support your team in gaining the necessary expertise
Communicate openly and with great self-assurance, your moderation skills are always admired
Help boost the productivity of your team
Good IT understanding, and optional: know-how in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Agile project management, Scrum, optional: SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) expertise
Fluency in English, and ready to learn German
