For our client, provider of software outsourcing for copyrights management from Berlin, Germany, we are searching for highly motivated candidates for the following position:



IT OPERATION MANAGER



Tasks:

Main objective: delivering IT services and infrastructure to different departments and clients in budget and time
Vendor management in partnership with the legal team (contracts, relationships)
Providing (human) resources for operations, projects and maintenance within budget, time and quality limits
Co-operation with different departments to ensure smooth process operations
Security auditing and risk management (controlled hand-over to live operation)
Monitoring compliance of laws, IT and data regulations, policies and instructions
Documentation of infrastructure and partnerships (with selection of the right approach), choosing relevant processes in direct co-operation with Head of Programmes, consultants, Product Development et al.
Responsibility for IT operations and associated staff plus budgets (IT office/infrastructure, services, strategic projects)
Taking care of projects in Stockholm


Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or related field of study or vocational education
Several years of experience in technology vendor management and technical operations/service provision
Expertise in service delivery of large business and/or technical deliveries and managing budgets
Know-how in enthusing, coaching and steering teams to provide consistent and accurate services
Your strength: delegating on a macro level, while keeping details in view too
Business oriented approach and a drive to deliver a great service experience
Diplomatic and comfortable way with internal and external customers and suppliers
Willingness to travel (20%)
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Language skills in Swedish is a plus
Experience in implementing service management processes and/or ITIL
A background in IT security and provision of IT services to clients
