| Senior Project Manager Deploy is a technology services company headquartered in Austin, Texas with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Belgrade. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in our Belgrade office. The ideal candidate plays both a strategic and tactical role on projects at Deploy. Project Managers are ultimately great communicators, flexible in their approaches and can work with both technical and non-technical audiences to communicate project priorities, status and goals at any given time during a project's lifecycle. While they will always be working towards advancing and honing their core skills, they’re flexible and eager to learn new ones. Responsibilities: Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Perform risk management Supplement Account Manager in writing proposals Provide status reports to VP of Technology and management team Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in managing teams and projects Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills (both written and verbal) Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking Fluent English speaker Deploy is an equal opportunity employer (EEO).
