| We are looking for a motivated person to join our team as UX Designer Permanent position - full time Location: Belgrade, Serbia Your Responsibilities As a User Experience Designer, you will work with the Istros Digital Development team based in our Belgrade office. Your main responsibilities will be the following: • Take ownership and work independently on design work • Communicate insights, conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale both verbally and visually • Work closely with our interdisciplinary team made up of Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Software Developers and QA and Usability testers to understand product design and usability, and translate them into prototypes and wireframe designs. • Ensure consistency and recognize common UI patterns • Work on the reusable UI patterns library Requirements • Knowledge of research techniques, quantitative and qualitative tools • Expert in wireframing, prototyping (familiarity with interactive prototyping tools) • Information Architecture • Interface design & interaction design principles • Experience with usability testing • Have a very good understanding of HTML/CSS • Knowledge of responsiveness principles and mobile first approach • Knowing the tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Axure, Sketch etc. • At least 2 years of industry/agency experience • Portfolio and work Samples showcasing the UX work • Fluent in English Nice to have: • Visual design skills • Awareness of Web Accessibility principles • Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Information Science or a related field To apply, email your CV in Word or PDF format to our email address: [email protected] or visit our web site: http://www.istros.digital/careers/ux-designer/ |
