We are looking for an ambitious, experienced, highly detail-oriented and organized person with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities to work with a geographically dispersed team and business partners on creating market analysis reports, competitive landscapes and business plans.

Main responsibilities:

* Market research, competitive analyses, financial forecasts and documents for developing or enhancing systems.
* Creating, analyzing and validating detailed business plans
* Facilitate understanding between the business and IT to ensure business decisions meet business requirements.
* Translates the business needs into actionable requirements by getting enough information to make a solution possible

Required qualifications:

* MBA degree in business management or statistics or in the process of getting it
* 2+ years analyst experience
* Has to be up to date to current IT industry trends
* Understanding of accounting, data flows and financial statements
* Understanding of IT developmental processes
* Strong analytical capabilities
* Fluent English
* Excellent organizational skills

Desired Skills( not mandatory):

* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience creating and business plans
* Experience leading requirements gathering sessions
* Experience in one of the following fields an advantage: online advertising, mobile app development, online marketing
