Support engineer

All positions are full time only and remote (aka telecommute) but with onsite access of any of our four physical offices in Belgrade, Nis, Novi Sad and Subotica

Job description

We are looking for experienced people with a technical background, strong soft-skills, and previous direct or indirect contact with relational databases for a career in technical product support and quality assurance

Requirements

• Previous technical job experience
• High proficiency in written English
• Ability to work in a fast moving and challenging environment
• Good teamwork skills
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment

Considered a plus

• Working SQL knowledge
• Relational database development or administration experience
• Worked in a customer service or quality assurance position

Compensation and benefits
