Your Responsibilities Include:

- Provide first point of contact support to all employees who depend on their devices to perform their job
- Support all company technology, software and equipment
- Writing and enforcing policies for internal company purposes (common sense security practices, password management, etc)
- Manage a company inventory of all devices (laptops, monitors, iPads, etc)
- Create software accounts for new hires, and remove former employee permissions
- Troubleshoot and resolve tech/software problems our employees might run into


- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Good audio/video setup, ability to video conference on demand
- Flexibility with work hours (to assist employees in US)
- An “out of the box” thinker with great communication skills
- Previous experience in remote position is a plus
