One more thing ( sorry for troubling you so much)

After I enter code PIN of the card I inserted, there is a note "Please insert correct USIM card, or press the Down key" When I press the down key there's:
"The card has been blocked" and the phone switches off. There is no place to type the code , so I've been typing it just like this, blindly in the phone. Maybe I'm doing something incorrectly ? I let my friends try as well but all in all we couldn't unblock the phone.
Did you have the same notes when you were unblocking your phone?

@lukkka, ili neko ko zna, molim te ako mi možeš pomoc, dobio sam NEC313 zakljucan na italijanskog providera, kad stavim neku HR karticu ili cak bez, samo imam opciju emergency call, dakle ne daje mi nigdje mogucnost da mu upišem iskalkulirani broj, ima li kakvog riješena?
