Friend je napravio divx subtitle koji radi na sld7001.
Nisam gledao kakomu je to uspjelo na compu, pa bih sad pitao nekog koji ima iskustvo o tome

Znam, da se radi o Mediatekovom chipu 1389
ali ni jedan upgrade CD ne radi za taj DVD. Upgrade cd je "Unknown disc" !

Zna tko kako da updatujem DVD ili napravim Region free ?
Flash update je moguc, no nemam pojma kako da napravim klona ili gdje da dobim radnu verziju ta taj player

1. Press OPEN on the remote control
2. Press SETUP
3. Select PREFERENCE PAGE with the right direction key
4. Press PLAY
5. Enter 49540 then you can select region with UP and DOWN direction key.
6. Press PLAY again

However you didn't mention which one of them...

I downloaded the file from the link you provided

And inside the Zip file there are two folders, one is called "Standard" and the other is called "Version 2".
Which one of them do I use in-order to upgrade my Schaub Lorenz SLD7001 dvd ???

In the Read-Me file it says:
If the DVD Version is 05.00.03.06 >> Use the "Version 2" upgrade.
If the DVD Version is 05.00.01.07 >> Use the "Standard" upgrade.

However my DVD version is 05.00.02.02 so then which upgrade should I use ???

I don't think that any of the mentioned version will upgrade your DVD.
I didn't test it and I won't test it.

The iso is upgradeable and the DVD puts out that, but i didn't upgrade the SW!

I upgraded my Schaub Lorenz sl d7001 with version2 HB 3220 and the subtitles works just fine. I had version 05.00.02.02.

If you upgrade it with wrong version, you won't be able to upgrade it with cd anymore, but the player will work well with subtitles anyway.

But even than you can always flash it back with the right version.
