Knjiga gostiju .....?!?!

Postavio sam na sajtu knjigu gostiju, ali nece da mi radi , jer moze da se odradi da on automatski na neku drugu stranicu odmah kreira taj komentar, evo koda , pa ako neko moze da pomogne, hvala:
