Model Altair 8800 nije imao ni monitor, ni tastaturu, ni stalnu memoriju.

This computer was one of the first "home" computers ever made, it was sold as a kit, but for additional money, you could buy one fully assembled.

Was it the MITS Altair?
You're way off! The Altair, introduced in January 1975, was the first computer to be produced in fairly high quantity, and it was the first computer to run Microsoft software, but we're not sure that's a good thing.

Unfortunately for computer history buffs, the Altair is often mistakenly called the first personal computer by Microsoft-loving journalists who don't know any better.

Was it Simon?
BINGO! Edmund Berkeley first described Simon in his 1949 book, "Giant Brains, or Machines That Think" and went on to publish plans to build Simon in a series of Radio Electronics issues in 1950 and 1951.

To nije IBM PC, on se pojavio tek '78 -e

Pa nije baš '78-me. Tomislav je u pravu, link koji je on dao upućuje na IBM PC (prvi koji je imao PC u svom imenu), računar sa intelovim 8088 procesorom na 4,77Mhz (0,00477 GHz ), 16kb RAM memorije (0,015625 Mb ).... bio je tu i neki floppy od 160kb čini mi se... Ostalo je istorija.

Pozdrav

MITS, a small Albuquerque company described in the January 1975 issue of Popular Electronics what today is considered the first PC. The Altair 8800 was announced as the "world's first minicomputer kit" and could be ordered and built for $397. The assembled model was offered for $498.
