Ovo je nekompletna lista Istočno-Evropskih zemalja u kojima postoji razvoj kompjuterskih i video igara i lista izdatih igara proizvedenih u tim zemljama.

Razlog zašto postujem ovo je da vidite gde se naša industrija igara nalazi u odnosu na okolne zemlje. Nadam se da će ovo nekoga motivisati da se okane stranih piratskih igara i pravi domaće igre... :)

Format je sledeći: par interesantnih članaka o outsourcingu, onda u nastavku zemlje, i razni podaci o svakoj zemlji pojedinačno, tržištu, ekonomiji, pirateriji, i lista meni poznatih kompanija (uglavnom onih proizvođača koji imaju završene igre i na tržištu su prisutni više godina ili imaju ozbiljna uložena sredstva). Na dnu posta je lista igara sortirana po godini kada je izdata (2005. godina nije navedena).

BK: Da, to je ta igra. Postoji i verzija za C64.

NB: Ne secam se ni konkursa ni Pacman klona (ipak sam tad bio mali) ali to je to. Predrag Beciric i Mastertronic.

Posto je dosla kao druga logicka igra s istoka, neki engleski casopis je pisao "This looks distinctly East European to us, perhaps because everyone involved in the making of the game is called Srzelobenovsky. And that's only their first name." Kenjači

Neki drugi casopis je posvetio clanak fenomenu istocnih igara pod naslovom "Playing for dinars" ili tako nekako.

Pa dobro, i ja sam tada imao 13 godina, ali josh uvek chuvam Svet Igara 6 gde su objavljeni rezultati konkursa (Ili je to bio broj 5? Ne mogu da proverim, par hiljada milja je daleko :)
Secam se da je posle bilo nekog zezanja i prozivki u SK kako je Beciric od kinte koju je dobio za igru odma' kupio sebi Amigu i batalio Spectrum :)

Inache, tada je glavni lik u Matertronic-u bio neki nash baja (ne secam se imena, ali i on je pominjan u celoj toj prichi), verovatno je zato i doshlo do saradnje bash sa srpskim chasopisom i programerima.

Hm, jeste da je offtopic, ali kad smo vec kod C-64 da li mozda neko ima tekstualnu avanturu Alan Ford (ili se zvala TNT, ne secam se bas) koju su napravili neki likovi sa ovih prostora pocetkom devedesetih. Secam se da je igrica imala nekih bagova, ali bih i pored toga voleo da je odigram jos jednom ;)
U stvari, posto su mi tekstualne avanture dugo vremena bile omiljena vrsta igrica ( dok nisam upoznao p&c avanture i rpg), znam da se ovde krajem osamdesetih pravilo poprilicno istih i to na nasem jeziku. Na primer igrica "Bajke" je, ako se ne varam, dobila nagradu u casopisu Moj Mikro za najbolju domacu igricu godine.
Zamolio bih sve koji jos uvek imaju neke od ovih igrica iz tog perioda da mi posalju na mail. Bilo bi lepo da ih skupimo sve na jednom mestu(na nekom sajtu) kako bi ih sacuvali od potpunog zaborava...

Uradicu to, upravo sam kontaktirao autore nekih od igara i cekam njihov odgovor.
Zeleo bih jos jednom da odigram te igre pre nego sto ih dodam na MobyGames, jer sam ih zadnji put pikao pre 15 godina tako da se nekih stvari ne secam bas najbolje. Samo znam da sam se dobro zabavljao igrajuci te igrice :)
Btw, na brzinu sam procitao MobyGames FAQ i koliko sam skapirao u bazu mogu da dodam podatke o bilo kojoj igrici, znachi ne bi trebalo da bude problema ako je igrica komplet na srpskom jeziku???

Nema nikakvih problema u vezi toga...
Najveće cimanje na MobyGames je pisanje opisa igre. Meni su jednom prilikom odbili opis 3-4 puta (jednom kratak, jednom neobjektivan, itd.) i do kraja sam odustao. :)

Ja sam ubacio kredite (odavde: http://retrospec.sgn.net/users/tomcat/yu/Arch/Mindtrap.txt) za Mindtrap na MobyGames... Ako neko ima screen shotove Mindtrap-a neka ih doda uz igru na MobyGames.

Ovo je open surs endjin za multiplatformske 3d igre.Probao sam i neizgleda lose.Mozese lako napraviti neka pucacina.
Na ovom sajtu moze da se skine daily cvs ali video sam negde i packages i to za debiana a mislim i za druge distroe linuxa je moguce naci .rpm.Radi i na windoze.Proverite i koje se igre trenutno prave ovim enginom.

Ti si još jedan "genijalac" ovde u forumu sa jednostavnom idejom da neko drugi treba da pravi igru, a ti kao "znaš" da je pravljenje igre "lak" posao... Kada je tako lako&trivijalno što je već nisi napravio pa nam poslao link da vidimo šta si uradio. :)

Vidis vec godinu dana posmatram ovaj crystal ali nisam u mogucnosti da zapocnem neki projekt.
Najvise zbog hardvera.
Dobro mozda ja zabocnem nesto pa cu videti gde da smestim web stranicu i to.

Samo završeni projekti se računaju, a ne započeti. :)

Crystal Space postoji već skoro 8 godina i nisam primetio da je iko napravio bilo šta ozbiljno sa tim engine-om. Taj engine pati od "feature creep" sindroma. Inače svaki engine početnicima samo stvara iluziju da mogu nešto da odrade na brzaka. Što je engine moćniji, potrebne veštine da bi se koristio kako treba takođe treba da budu na istom nivou kao i engine.

Vidim da se prica o proizvodnji igara kod nas, mozete onda pogledati igru koja se pravi kod nas. Radi se u mom Int3DEnginu, imamo i sajt www.mechines.com.

sto se tice istocno-evropskih proizvodjaca igara, mislim da ih ima dobar broj koji su me odusevili...kao na primjer Bohemia Interactive iz Ceske koji su napravili moju najomiljeniju igru Operation Flashpoint (jedva cekam OFP2).
Isto tako cuveni Take2 Iz Ceske...
Cini mi se da je i Rockstar Games iz Ceske....napravili GTA, Max Payne 2...
Jedan od najboljih FPS-ova - Vietcong je iz Poljske
Cuvena i dugo iscekivana igra - S.T.A.L.K.E.R. porijeklom iz Ukrajine jos nije izasla, ali kad izadje mislim da ce biti jedan od najboljih, ako ne i najbolji FPS/RPG
Serious Sam iz Hrvatske...iako se meni bas ne svidja
Ima jos puuuuno mocnih igara koje su ujedno i svijetski poznate a porijeklom iz naseg dijela Evrope :) ali to su one kojih se trenutno sjecam

ps. Bethesda Softworks....ljudi koji su napravili najpoznatiji RPG "The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind" i koji su napravili odlicnu igru "Pirates of the Carribean" su iz istocne evrope????? Zna li neko jel ovo tacno (cuo sam to od nekoga, ali sumljivo mi je)??

Anyway...

Rockstar je multinacionalnog tipa : GTA je radjen u Rockstar North, u Shkotskoj, UK (to je bivshi DMA Design, likovi koji su radili Lemmings, na primer). MaxPayne 2 je tu zaslugom Rockstar Wienna (Austrija), a originalni Max Payne su radili Finci.

Take2, odnosno 2K Games takodje nema veze sa Cheshkom.

Bohemia jeste cheshki studio, ali OFP2 nije vishe njihov, nego se radi interno u Codemasters-u, UK.

Bethesda Softworks je iz Washingtona, USA. Pirates je chini mi se jedina "eksterna" igra koju su objavili (radjena u Rusiji), pored ove igre na kojoj sam radio do pre 7-8 meseci (a koju ce objaviti za mesec-dva). Svoje najpozatije igre iz Elder Scrolls serijala su radili interno.

Od cele liste su ostali Hrvati i Serious Sam, i Ukrajinci sa Stalker-om koji ce izaci... koje godine verujem da vishe niko ne zna.

The full range of services offered by IDEA includes negotiation with publishers, PR and marketing support, legal support, and fee-sharing between member studios for things such as conference registration and booths, or joint product presentations. Though members of IDEA would support one another, the organizers note that this would not prelude competition between member studios.

One point not addressed by IDEA is which services the organization would overlap with existing industry entities such as the UK-based TIGA (Independent Game Developers Association) or the international IGDA (International Game Developers Association). IDEA only recently debuted at the Lyon Game Connection 2005; perhaps with time, its own niche will become evident.
