The company has a requirement to develop a series of WAP sites and seeks to outsource this development to a reputable IT Development Company. plusCONNECT shall assess tenders based on quality, cost and English communication. Technical info: The WAP site shall be circa >50 pages with content updated weekly. The WAP site shall make use of device recognition and serve appropriate device specific content.
